Transfer applications are to be used by students who live outside of the catchment area for a requested school but would like to apply to attend there. If you have moved and want to apply to attend your new catchment school, please complete a registration, not a transfer application.ÌýStudents must currently be registered in the Â鶹ÊÓƵ School District to complete a transfer application.
First round transfers for the 2025/26 school year will begin February 3, 2025. Transfer forms will be updated January 2025.Ìý

Students who apply for a transfer will be considered in the following priority order:Ìý
1. Sibling of a Â鶹ÊÓƵ resident student who will be attending the requested school and program for the 2025/26 school year.
2. Sibling of a non-Â鶹ÊÓƵ resident who will be attending the requested school and program for the 2025/26 school year.
3a. Elementary – daycare (address and confirmation of daycare arrangements may be requested).
3b. Secondary – Grade 7 cohort.
4. Extenuating circumstances.
Transfer Application Forms for the 2025/26 school year will be available here in late January 2025.​ Transfer applications will be submitted to the requested school(s) by email starting on February 3, 2025.ÌýIf you would like to submit a transfer application, you will need to do so by emailing the form to the requested school. School email addresses and phone numbers are available on the school websites. Please refer to the deadlines on the transfer application form.
